Important information about the nature of our programs
Please read carefully before participating in any Senior Fitness Workout program, class, or video.
The content, exercises, and guidance provided through Senior Fitness Workout are for general educational and fitness purposes only. They are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new exercise program.
We strongly recommend that you obtain medical clearance from your physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you:
Physical activity involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in Senior Fitness Workout programs you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. Instructors provide modifications and cues, but you are responsible for listening to your body, choosing appropriate intensity, and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Results vary based on individual factors including starting fitness level, consistency, nutrition, sleep, and medical history. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, elimination of fall risk, or reversal of any medical condition.
Our live online classes are not a substitute for in-person supervision in an emergency. If you experience severe symptoms during exercise (chest pain, sudden severe headache, loss of consciousness, etc.), stop immediately and seek emergency medical help.
If you have questions about whether a particular program is appropriate for you, please contact us or discuss with your healthcare provider before enrolling.
